Some astronomy teacher (Parke Kunkle) in Minnesota declares that astrology is invalid because astrologers are using the wrong signs. First it’s some guy deciding Pluto isn’t a planet and now this person pontificates that astrology is using wrong signs. I bet that neither of them studied astrology.

I have been getting emails from friends and, tonight, was asked about this by concerned people (non-astrologers), at a meeting I attended, who don’t want to be what suddenly is being pushed as ‘your new astrological sign’.

I started studying astrology a few months after graduating college and that is 30 years ago this year. I have also examined my birth data in all house systems as well as Indian Sidereal (ugg). I find the only one casting system that works, on all facets of my birth data, is Tropical Placidus. It is a non-arguable point for me. Any astrologer who likes some other house system, like Koch, enjoy yourself. I have also known a couple ‘astrologers’ who don’t like their what their horoscope says and will try other house systems that better tell them what they want to hear. Yet our signs remain the same.

There have been public attacks on astrology for a LONG time, yet major corporations, the Vatican and royalty use astrological knowledge and have staff astrologers. If they found it worthless, why do they still use it? BUT what they don’t like is the average person using it. It gives you power to evaluate what is going on in your life and may inform you of choices you have. Rulers want the power for themselves. It’s the old sequential vs. simultaneous again. The sequentials demand pyramid structures and power for the top of it. The simultaneous path is about freeing yourself from those structures and reclaiming your power.

The attempt to dismiss Pluto as a planet, ruler of Scorpio, is really because of what Pluto reveals. If you can read Pluto, you can see things hidden and understand who is pulling the strings behind the scenes. So, they push ‘Pluto is no longer a planet’. That’s bullshit. Real astrologers ignore the rabble of barking dogs for we know what it is and how it works.

Now there is this wild attempt to dismiss proven astrology and introduce your ‘new sign’. Add massive confusion and disinformation to the public that we astrologers have to set straight with people in our areas. Just because they appear in the media should be a warning for you. If these people never gave 2 snaps about astrology, why do they appear to be doing so now? It’s designed misinformation and another sequential plot to try to work over simultaneous Earthers. If one dug deeply enough, Dark sequential astrologers also have there hand (or claw) in public astrological mocking.

Once again, those who never studied astrology are making invalid statement. When anyone starts talking to me about astrology (or shamanism), I first ask if they studied the subject and what’s their background of learning. “I read a book” doesn’t count.

Your horoscope details your incarnational path. By getting you to beLIEve that your sign is different, they are attempting to hide your path from you. This IS significant.

So don’t get sucked into this latest anti-astrology sideshow. Real astrologers are all over cleaning up the disinformation. This is a subject I had to throw my opinion in for M5 readers. Trust in your Higher Self. They are mocking people who do.
