I was shopping for food supplies and, always being a label reader, that damned soy is in almost everything requiring oil, and that means baked goods, mayonnaise (“real” is no longer ‘real’ but rather soy), salad dressings, etc and they even slip it into vitamins. You can’t trust ‘health foods’ either as they fall all over soybeans too. 99% of foods that had other oils either have soy or canola: an artificial oil from Canada). It seemed to come out of nowhere and all of a sudden, they are everywhere in foods.

Soy is loaded with estrogen and consumption of it, especially in men, is filling people with unnecessary amounts of this hormone (whoremoan). In several segments of M5, I’ve stressed that the Orion matriarchal society is loathe to deal with patriarchal groups. I would like to know how they manage with the Sirian patriarchy. I can only imagine that they think of the Sirians as ‘the help’ and a necessary inconvenience. However the Sirians have pluses on their side: technology and are able to be controlled (good doggie) by the reptilians (far more advanced technology).

Simultaneously-designated Earth is a whole other story. They all look down on Earthers as primitive and a food source, as previously discussed. They demand that a sequentialized Earth have a pliable population, especially the males, hence the ‘put soy in everything you can’ edict as part of the sequentialization’s final stages.

It’s working very well. In soy fed populations, the males are bending to female dominance. They are shamefully manipulated and coerced by Orionized (feminist) females.

Now it isn’t only soy that is chemically altering simultaneous path Earthers, but also (among other things) is fluoride (one effect of this drug is to make you submissive). I am sure that it has been noted that I am not being molded by fluoride and ingestion of soy is minimal. There is a LOT of information on these items on the Internet.

It always pays to read the labels before you buy edible products at the store. One bread I do enjoy is made with olive oil and King Arthur flour. Now that tastes great and is very good for you. It is locally made in New Hampshire.

Some times you a damned if you do and damned if you don’t. You can only have one salad dressing either soy or canola based. What is one to do? Reject the estrogen, in this case and trust in your Higher Self with the canola for men. For simultaneous path females, estrogen soy may be a better choice than canola.  I just don’t like dry salads. My opinion as usual: avoid soy and fluoride. You would love to hear what I say to the dental hygienist when I go for a cleaning and I tell them ‘no fluoride’.

Olive oil is the best for us. Unbleached, unbromated flour is the best as well. Another good drink for us is almond milk. I like Blue Diamond brand. They have on the carton “no soy”. Another brand of almond milk has soy added (but why?). Almonds are extremely good for us. I take my vitamins every day with this.

In worst case scenarios, trust in your Higher Self and your path experiences as to what to do. Do your best.
